After submission, use My Orders and open the saved order鈥檚 details. Keep the ToolNexx order reference separate from the supplier order ID. The selection page is for choosing a service, not the authoritative history of purchases.
A practical checklist
- Find the saved order.
- Open View details.
- Check platform, target, quantity and supplier state.
Keep a private decision record with the relevant link, date, chosen metric and any quoted condition. If two offers use different definitions, resolve that difference before comparing their prices. Do not fill an unknown field with an assumption just to finish a comparison.
An illustrative situation
A buyer returns to the service selector and sees the default quantity. That screen is not evidence that the completed submission disappeared; inspect the saved purchase instead. This is a planning example, not a verified customer result or a promised outcome.
What this means for your decision
A missing supplier ID is unknown submission state, not proof that retrying would be safe.
