The short answer
ToolNexx鈥檚 purchase state and the supplier鈥檚 live status describe different parts of the process. Pending or In Progress is not Completed. Partial and refunded outcomes should not be interpreted as later steps in a successful delivery.
A practical checklist
- Read both status labels.
- Check saved ordered quantity.
- Record any remaining quantity.
Keep a private decision record with the relevant link, date, chosen metric and any quoted condition. If two offers use different definitions, resolve that difference before comparing their prices. Do not fill an unknown field with an assumption just to finish a comparison.
An illustrative situation
An approved purchase can still wait on a supplier. Conversely, a supplier update must be read from saved order details rather than assumed from a payment receipt. This is a planning example, not a verified customer result or a promised outcome.
What this means for your decision
Only an observed completed state establishes that completion was reported; a running animation is not delivery evidence.
