Partial completion is a distinct result, not a synonym for full delivery. Review the original quantity, reported remaining quantity and any saved refund or credit record. Do not calculate entitlement from a screenshot without checking the applicable terms.
A practical checklist
- Keep ordered and remaining values separate.
- Check the saved financial outcome.
- Ask support about unresolved differences.
Keep a private decision record with the relevant link, date, chosen metric and any quoted condition. If two offers use different definitions, resolve that difference before comparing their prices. Do not fill an unknown field with an assumption just to finish a comparison.
An illustrative situation
An order for 2,000 units reports 500 remaining. That report does not by itself establish a specific wallet credit; the saved transaction must confirm any refund. This is a planning example, not a verified customer result or a promised outcome.
What this means for your decision
Avoid claiming complete fulfilment or automatic refunds where the order has not confirmed them.
