ToolNexx par bechhe jaane wale saare products digital hain. Kripya order karne se pehle ye policy dhyan se padhein.

No-Refund Rule

  • Delivery ke baad koi refund / money-back nahi diya jayega — chahe koi bhi reason ho.
  • "Mujhe samajh nahi aaya", "mujhe ye nahi chahiye tha", "maine galat order kar diya" — ye sab refund ke valid reasons nahi hain. Isliye order se pehle description zaroor padhein.

Refund Sirf Wallet Mein

  • Agar kisi exceptional case mein admin refund approve karta bhi hai, to amount sirf aapke ToolNexx Wallet balance mein credit hoga.
  • Original payment method (UPI / Binance Pay / card) mein cash wapas kabhi nahi aayega.
  • Wallet balance ka use aap future orders mein kar sakte hain; isko bank mein withdraw nahi kiya ja sakta.

Replacement (Warranty Products)

  • Warranty wale products par warranty period ke andar genuine issue aane par free replacement diya jayega.
  • Replacement ke liye order page par "Report" button se issue submit karein sahi details ke saath.
  • Customer ki galati (galat usage, password change, platform rules todna) warranty cover mein nahi aati.

Pro-Rata Refund (Jab Replacement Available Na Ho) / Pro-Rata Refund (When No Replacement Is Available)

Hindi:

  • Maan lijiye aapne 3 mahine ka product liya jisme 3 mahine ki warranty hai, aur 1 mahina use karne ke baad genuine issue aa gaya.
  • Agar us samay hamare paas replacement ke liye bache hue 2 mahine ka product/account available nahi hai, to hum bache hue time ka pro-rata refund aapke ToolNexx Wallet mein credit kar denge.
  • Calculation simple hai: (Baaki bacha time ÷ Total warranty time) × Product price. Example: 3 mahine ka ₹300 ka product, 1 mahina use hua → baaki 2 mahine = (2 ÷ 3) × ₹300 = ₹200 wallet mein.
  • Refund sirf wallet balance mein aayega — UPI/Binance/card mein cash wapas nahi aayega. Wallet balance se aap future orders kar sakte hain.

English:

  • Suppose you bought a 3-month product with a 3-month warranty, and a genuine issue occurs after 1 month of use.
  • If we do not have a replacement product/account available for the remaining 2 months, we will credit a pro-rata refund for the unused period to your ToolNexx Wallet.
  • Calculation: (Remaining time ÷ Total warranty time) × Product price. Example: a ₹300 3-month product, 1 month used → remaining 2 months = (2 ÷ 3) × ₹300 = ₹200 to your wallet.
  • The refund is credited only as wallet balance — no cash back to UPI/Binance/card. Wallet balance can be used for future orders.

Order Cancellation

  • Payment verify hone se pehle order cancel ho sakta hai — us case mein koi charge nahi lagta.
  • Galat/adhoori details dene par cancel hua order refundable nahi hai.
  • Fake UTR ya fake payment proof dene par account permanently suspend ho jayega aur wallet balance block ho sakta hai.

Kaise Request Karein

  1. Apne order page par jayein → Report button dabayein.
  2. Issue ki sahi details aur screenshot attach karein.
  3. Team 24–48 ghante mein review karke replacement ya wallet credit ka decision degi.

Kisi bhi dispute mein ToolNexx team ka decision final hoga.
