The short answer
Useful support evidence identifies the transaction and the observed problem. Include the ToolNexx order ID, saved target, service ID, quantity and time. Do not send login passwords, OTPs, session cookies or unrelated personal information.
A practical checklist
- Describe expected and observed states.
- Include a redacted screenshot if useful.
- Keep payment details private.
Keep a private decision record with the relevant link, date, chosen metric and any quoted condition. If two offers use different definitions, resolve that difference before comparing their prices. Do not fill an unknown field with an assumption just to finish a comparison.
An illustrative situation
Instead of saying nothing happened, report that order X shows In Progress while its saved target opens normally and the observed count has not changed since a stated time. This is a planning example, not a verified customer result or a promised outcome.
